Our coaches are passionate experts who have deep experience helping insights leaders take their work and teams to the next level.

They are seasoned insights professionals who have successfully led insights teams in delivering insights that drive business success. They have held leadership roles and have experience in both client and supplier-side environments giving them real-world insights and perspectives to apply when working with our clients.

Carol Shea, MS

Carol Shea, MS

Carol is focused on leveraging technology-based solutions for driving faster and more impactful insights-based business gains.

She has a 30-year marketing research career focused on guiding others; as a marketing research leader (PNC Bank, Levolor, Olivetree Insights), on the Insights Association PRC 2.0 committee, as a former advisor to the U.S. Census Bureau, and as an instructor.

Her interests fuel her passion for improving performance and recognition for the Insights function.

She has an MS in Marketing Science from the University of Cincinnati.

Chris Grabarkiewicz, PhD

Chris Grabarkiewicz, PhD

Chris is an insights & analytics pioneer who connects the dots between insights, analytics, and results to steer business strategy. 

She has held leadership roles at Luxottica Retail, Nationwide, IPSOS, and MetrixLab.  

Her experience is diverse including leading teams responsible for traditional consumer insights, web, customer, & CRM analytics; and market mix modeling. 

She is a Past-President of the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Marketing Association and has a PhD in Political Science from The Ohio State University

Julie Holbein, MS

Julie Holbein, MS

Julie is a strategic insights consultant with superior research design skills and a proven record of team building and leadership, designing innovative research programs that drive bottom-line results.

She has held leadership positions with Huntington Bank, Nationwide Insurance, NetJets, Wendy’s, and MarketVision.

Julie is serving on the Insights Association PRC 2.0 committee and is a board member and past-president of the Market Research Exchange.

She has an MS in Marketing Science from the University of Cincinnati.
